Acting pursuant to the Act of August 30, 1996 on commercialization and certain rights of employees (i.e. Journal of Laws 2019, item 2181<\/em>) and Paragraph 8(1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Development and Finance dated November 29, 2017 on detailed rules for dividing eligible employees into groups, determining the number of shares per each group, and the procedure for acquiring shares by eligible employees (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2283),<\/p>\n

\ninforms that:<\/p>\n

  1. The list of eligible employees including periods of employment in the state enterprise, its predecessor, the company and the total period of employment in these entities will be made available on December 9, 2019 at: 12: 00 at the headquarters of Bydgoszcz Rubber Industry Plants \u201eSTOMIL\u201d S.A. in Bydgoszcz, 155 Torunska Street, room 207.<\/li>\n
  2. Eligible employees whose period of employment was defectively determined may file written complaints within 14 days from the date on which the list referred to in item 1 was made available, i.e. by December 23, 2019, at the offices of Bydgoszcz Rubber Industry Plants Stomil Bydgoszcz S.A. in Bydgoszcz, 155 Torunska Street, room 207.<\/li>\n
  3. The claim must be accompanied by documents proving the disputed period of employment.<\/li>\n
  4. The complaint will be considered in writing within 14 days of its submission by a committee appointed by the company's board of directors. Consideration of the complaint exhausts the course of the complaint procedure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. The right to acquire the Company's shares free of charge may be exercised until February 24, 2022. After this date, the right to acquire shares free of charge expires<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Eligible persons will be informed of joining the free disposal of shares by a separate announcement, which the Company will publish on behalf of the Minister of Development on the Company's website and in the Public Information Bulletin on the subject website of the Minister of Economy.
