This rubber is produced in our plants from specially selected components that ensure the resistance of the products to various types of oils and gasoline n.p.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>diesel<\/li>\n<li>mineral oils<\/li>\n<li>hydrocarbon-based lubricants<\/li>\n<li>Transformer oil (for NBR Sheets with improved oil resistance)<\/li>\n<li>95 and 98 octane gasoline (for NBR Sheets with improved oil resistance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Classification of Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets<\/h2>\n<p>We classify Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets according to their oil-resistance class:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Low Oil Resistance<\/strong>- Swelling in less aggressive oil IRM 902 max +10% (test at 23\u00b0C for 24 hours)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium oil resistance<\/strong>- Swelling in very aggressive oil IRM 903 max +35% (test at 100\u00b0C for 70 hours)<\/li>\n<li><strong>High oil resistance<\/strong>- cracking in very aggressive oil IRM 903 max +30% (test at 100\u00b0C for 70 hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional properties of Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets<\/h2>\n<h3>Temperature resistance<\/h3>\n<p>As one of the few on the market, our <a href=\"https:\/\/sklep.stomil-bydgoszcz.pl\/kategoria-produktu\/grupy-produktow\/plyty-gumowe\/\">Rubber Sheeting<\/a> Are extremely resistant to high and low temperatures, can be used in the temperature range of -40 C to +100C, in the case of RUBBER SHEETS for transformer oil with hardness of 80+5Sh even up to 115C.<\/p>\n<h3>Wondering what to line your shop floor or worktop with? The advantages of using Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets.<\/h3>\n<p>Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets manufactured at Stomil Bydgoszcz also have increased resistance to aging.<\/p>\n<p>NBR rubber has anti-slip properties, lining the shop floor will prevent mishaps due to slipping, and lining the work surface will prevent tools from slipping.<\/p>\n<p>Rubber Sheets are designed for indoor use and have limited weather and ozone resistance.<\/p>\n<p>We also produce special Rubber Sheets with increased resistance to: transformer oil and 95 and 98 octane gasoline.<\/p>\n<h2>Application of Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets<\/h2>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/sklep.stomil-bydgoszcz.pl\/kategoria-produktu\/grupy-produktow\/plyty-gumowe\/plyty-nbr-olejoodporne\/\">NBR Sheets<\/a> are used in virtually every industry, in oily areas, for example, in workshops and factories. They are used as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>underlays or Rubber Flooring<\/li>\n<li>shims for various machines and equipment<\/li>\n<li>under workbenches<\/li>\n<li>They are also used in areas where oil- and petroleum-derived substances are possible, which may leak during the production process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NBR rubber protects such areas from the formation of indelible dirt. So we can use them, for example, as <strong>covering of cabinets and workbenches or assembly tables<\/strong>.
