APPLICATION

\nCompact Hoses general purpose hoses used for:
\n- Hydraulic fluids conforming to ISO 6743-4 except HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40\u00b0C to +100\u00b0C),
\n- aqueous solutions (from -40\u00b0C to +70\u00b0C),
\n- Water (0\u00b0C to +70\u00b0C),
\n- Compressed air (from 0\u00b0C to +80\u00b0C).
\nThey are not designed for fluids containing castor oil and esters.
\nWorking Pressures
\n<\/strong>From 88 to 225 bar, depending on the diameter.
\nWorking Temperature
\n<\/strong>From -40\u00b0C to +100\u00b0C
\nShort-term up to +125\u00b0C
\nCONSTRUCTION
\n<\/strong>Complies with EN 857 standard.
\nInner layer
\n<\/strong>Black colored rubber made of synthetic rubber resistant to oil and water.
\nReinforcement
\n<\/strong>One Wire Braided high strength steel wire.
\nOuter layer
\n<\/strong>Black colored rubber made of synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, oil, weather and ozone.
\nFor diameters from DN 6 to DN 19, it is possible to produce Hoses in a version coated with ultra wear-resistant Black Diamond coating (UHMWPE) with MSHA approval.<\/p>\n
