I am pleased to introduce you and invite you to learn more about the first edition of our Newsletter. We plan to periodically bring you the latest Information about our Company and present the introduced novelties: product, process or organizational. We will also present key people and teams, their work, challenges and achievements. There will also be memories of more than a century of our company's history, which has been part of Bydgoszcz's industrial life since 1920 and contributes to the strength of Polish industry.

Last year was very difficult for our company. The Covid-19 pandemic led to a decline in our revenues. The end of the third wave of the pandemic this spring was associated with a recovery in the economy and increased demand for our products. Growing demand for our products, which are important components in many industries, has involved the need to increase production. Increasing production capacity is our most important task, and we are doing everything we can to meet new orders. In this regard We are looking for employees who would like to join our production team and develop their careers with us. We also continue to strive to increase the competitiveness of our products. We invest in new manufacturing and system solutions, which are designed to ensure the highest quality of our products, increase the efficiency of their manufacture and enable the introduction of new solutions to meet the needs of our customers. In this issue of the Newsletter, we will introduce you to two of these initiatives, namely. launching professional Rubber Sheeting and Flooring cutting services on the plotter and implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)..

In March, we launched a project co-financed by the National Research and Development Center: „The world's first innovative hybrid line for the production of INDUSTRIAL HOSES and spiral wound Hydraulic Hoses.”. We also need to build a new production hall for this line. In the next edition of our Newsletter, we will bring you more information on this subject.
