When placing an order, select the dimensions you are interested in, and we will prepare the product according to specifications. For unusual dimensions or larger quantities, please contact us by phone - we will prepare an individual quote.

Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for each order. You will receive the invoice in PDF format to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you are buying as a company, be sure to include your Tax ID in your invoice information.

Yes. For regular business customers, we offer volume discounts, negotiated prices and the possibility of deferred payment (after positive verification). To discuss the terms of cooperation, please contact our sales department.

We offer more than 3,000 products, but the online catalog does not always show everything. We also realize non-standard orders, production to customer specifications and Molded Products. Write to us or call us - we will select a solution tailored to your application.

You can cancel or modify your order until processing begins. Contact us as soon as possible - by phone or email. Once production/packaging begins, changes may no longer be possible, especially with products cut to size.

Normally, we ship orders within 24 hours after payment is credited. Orders placed by 12:00 pm on business days usually ship the same day. For cut-to-size products or Molded Products, the lead time may be longer - we will inform you when confirming your order.

The cost of delivery starts from 29 PLN net and depends on the size and weight of the shipment. For orders over 3000 PLN net delivery is free. You can find a detailed price list at Cost and delivery time.

Yes, we make shipments within the European Union and outside the EU for business customers. We set the cost and delivery time individually depending on the destination country, dimensions and weight. Contact us before placing an order to get a shipping quote.

We send large-size shipments (full rolls of Rubber Flooring, large plates, long HOSES) by pallet transport. In the case of unusual dimensions or large orders, the cost of transport is priced individually. It is also possible to collect in person at our headquarters in Bydgoszcz.

Yes, personal pickup is possible at our headquarters at 155 Torunska Street in Bydgoszcz. Before you arrive, contact us by phone to confirm that your order is ready for pickup. Personal pickup is free of charge.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the waybill number and tracking link. You can also check the status of your shipment in the customer panel on our website.

Yes, for regular business customers we provide the possibility of deferred payment (14 or 30 days). The condition is positive verification of the company and regular cooperation. To receive this opportunity, please contact the sales department.

With online payments (Przelewy24, Imoje, card), the order goes to processing immediately after posting - usually within minutes. With traditional transfer, we send the order after the funds are credited to our account (1-2 business days depending on the sender's bank).

Since we mainly serve business customers, prices in the store are presented by default in amounts net. The VAT value is automatically added in the Cart and shown on the invoice.

The choice of the plate depends on the working conditions: temperature, contact with oils, acids, steam, food. We offer EPDM Sheets (ozone and UV resistance), NBR (Oil-Resistant), Chloroprene (CR), Food-Resistant, Flame Retardant and Plow Blade Rubber Sheets, among others. If you are not sure - call or write, we will advise based on your specific application.

The markings are from EN 853/857 and refer to the design of the hose:

• 1SN / 2SN - Hoses with one (1SN) or two (2SN) braided steel wire, standard construction
• 1SC / 2SC - Compact Hoses (Compact), thinner wall, smaller bending radius, at the same Working Pressure

The choice depends on the required pressure, installation space and expected bending. When selecting a hose, also be guided by the standard and Nominal Diameter (DN).

We manufacture our products in accordance with applicable industry standards (PN, EN, DIN, ISO) and requirements for specific applications - including for contact with food (Regulation 1935/2004), drinking water, and industrial conditions. We issue declarations of conformity and approvals upon request. Stomil Bydgoszcz S.A. has been operating since 1920 and has certified quality management systems.

Yes, for larger orders or unusual applications, we provide material samples for verification. Contact the sales department, describe the application and we will send you suitable samples.

Yes, we manufacture Molded Products and Molded Products according to customer's documentation or based on the supplied design. We support both single prototypes and mass production. For custom projects, please contact our technical department - we will assess feasibility and prepare a quote.

• NR (natural rubber): -40°C to +70°C
• SBR: -30°C to +80°C
• NBR (nitrile): -30°C to +100°C (Oil-Resistant).
• EPDM: -40°C to +130°C (steam, UV, ozone)
• CR (Chloroprene / Neoprene): -35°C to +100°C
• Silicone: -60°C to +200°C
• Viton (FKM): -20°C to +250°C (chemicals)

Yes. Technical sheets for most products are available for download directly from the product page in our store. We issue certificates and declarations of conformity upon request - just indicate this when ordering or contact us.

Individual customers (consumers) have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights. Attention: This law does not include products cut to individual size and purchases made by companies. For details, please see our terms and conditions.

Submit your complaint by email to. esklep@stomil.bydgoszcz.pl or by phone. In your request, provide your order or invoice number, a description of the problem, and attach photos of the defect. We will process the complaint within 14 business days.

If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt, make a damage report in the presence of the courier. This is important - without the protocol, a claim with the carrier is difficult. Then contact us and we will take the next steps and send a replacement product.

Products manufactured or cut to the customer's individual order are not returnable - in accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights (Article 38). This applies to both individual and corporate customers. Please carefully check dimensions and specifications before placing an order.

No, you can also place an order without registration. However, creating an account has advantages: order history, faster placement of subsequent purchases, access to invoices and the possibility of obtaining individual terms and conditions for permanent cooperation.

You can edit the invoice data in the customer panel, in the "Billing address" tab. Remember that the data change applies only to future orders - invoices already issued are not modified automatically. If you need to correct your invoice, please contact us.

Yes, we are a Polish manufacturer with a production facility in Bydgoszcz. We manufacture most of our assortment in our own production halls, which allows us to control quality and timeliness, as well as fulfill custom orders.
