Hoses are characterized by high oil resistance. APPLICATION The hose is designed for the flow of oily air in the air brake systems of motor vehicles and trailers. CONSTRUCTION Made in accordance with PN-83/C-94251 and ZN-4/02/BZPG standards. Inner layer High-quality NBR/SBR rubber compound resistant to mineral oil. Reinforcement High-strength synthetic threads. Outer layer Black colored rubber with bandage imprint resistant to oil and weather and ozone. SIGNING Hoses marked with a white print.

Reinforcement Braided with high-strength synthetic threads. Outer layer High-quality smooth, anti-electrostatic black colored synthetic rubber, resistant to fuel and oil, as well as abrasion and weathering and ozone. SIGNING Hoses marked with white paint.

Hoses surface smooth up to a diameter of DN 12.5, higher diameters with fabric imprint. SIGNING Diameters with a smooth surface are marked with white paint. Diameters with fabric imprint marked with orange tape.

Hoses are resistant to aqueous solutions of ethylene glycol, as well as to abrasion, weather conditions and ozone exposure. Due to its very good resistance to high temperatures, it is readily used as a hot water hose with temperatures up to 100°C. The hose is also available in Oil-Resistant version. On request, we can protect Hoses with cord-reinforced diameters with an additional outer wire spiral, designed to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer of the hose. Working Temperature From -30°C to +70°C CONSTRUCTION Made according to the author's design ZN-1/99/BZPG. Inner layer High-quality NBR rubber compound impermeable to hydrocarbon gases. Reinforcement High-strength synthetic threads. Outer layer Flame retardant, black colored rubber with fabric imprint resistant to abrasion, and weather and ozone. SIGNING Hoses marked with a white print. RESISTANCE Electrical resistance (oblique) max. 10⁶ Ω/m.

CHARACTERISTICS Working Pressure - 6 bar (0.6 MPa) Bursting Pressure - 16 bar (1.6 MPA) APPLICATION Hoses are designed for the flow of acids and bases: - nitric acid with a concentration of up to 5% - hydrochloric acid with concentration up to 20% - sulfuric acid with concentration up to 50% - acetic acid, aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and aqueous ammonia solution of any concentration. Hoses are abrasion, weather and ozone resistant. Upon request, we make additional protection of Hoses with an external wire spiral to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer. Working Temperature From -30°C to +60°C CONSTRUCTION Made according to the PN-86/C-94250/44 standard. Inner layer High-quality SBR rubber compound resistant to acids and alkalis. Reinforcement Synthetic threads or spacers made of high-strength synthetic cord. Outer layer Black colored SBR or SBR/EPDM rubber resistant to abrasion, weathering and ozone.
