CHARACTERISTICS Working Pressure - 6 bar (0.6 MPa) Bursting Pressure - 19 bar (1.9 MPa) APPLICATION Hose commonly used to transfer hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, diesel fuel (diesel), as well as oil and emulsion used in machining. It is also readily used in highly oily environments for the transfer of water and light chemicals. Hoses are weather and ozone resistant. On request, we make additional protection of Hoses with an external wire spiral, designed to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer. Services offered for Hoses from DN 12.5 upwards. Working Temperature From -30°C to +80°C (diesel up to +50°C) CONSTRUCTION Designed according to the author's Stomil Bydgoszcz WT-52/BZPG project. Inner layer High-quality oil-resistant NBR rubber compound. Reinforcement Braided textile cord or braided high-strength synthetic threads. Outer layer High-quality black-colored rubber made of synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion and weathering and ozone. Hoses surface smooth up to a diameter of DN 12.5. Larger diameters with fabric imprint. SIGNING Smaller, smooth diameters are marked with white paint. Larger diameters with fabric imprint are marked with orange tape.
