CHARACTERISTICS Working Pressure - 6 bar (0.6 MPa) Bursting Pressure - 18 bar (1.8 MPa) Safety factor - 3:1 APPLICATION A reliable hose for water and light chemicals for general industrial and Agriculture applications, including irrigation and drainage systems. Also readily used for hot water cleaning of floors, walls and all kinds of equipment. Hoses are weatherproof and ozone resistant. On request, we can make a hose with increased abrasion resistance for mixtures of water with sand, silt or other substances with similar properties. On request, we make additional protection of Hoses with an external wire spiral to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer. This option applies to Hoses with nominal diameters larger than DN 12. Working Temperature From -30°C to +80°C Short-term up to +100°C CONSTRUCTION Hoses with a diameter up to DN 80 are made according to EN ISO 1403 (TYPE 1). Hoses with a diameter of DN 100 are made according to Stomil Bydgoszcz author's project WT-37/13/BZPG. Inner layer Black colored rubber made of SBR synthetic rubber resistant to hot water. Reinforcement Interleavers made of textile cord or high-strength synthetic threads. Outer layer Rubber made of SBR synthetic rubber of black color, resistant to abrasion and weathering and ozone. Up to a diameter of DN 12.5 the surface is smooth. Larger diameters with fabric imprint. SIGNING Diameters with a smooth surface are marked with white paint. Diameters with fabric imprint marked with green tape.
