The hose is weatherproof and ozone resistant. On request, we make additional protection of Hoses with an external wire spiral to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer. Services offered for Hoses with a diameter of DN12.5 and larger. Working Temperature From -30°C to +100°C for oils, biodiesel, bioethanol From -30°C to +45°C for gasoline CONSTRUCTION Made according to Stomil WT-33/BZPG's proprietary design. In addition, the hose meets the requirements of EN 1360 in terms of chemical resistance. Inner layer High-quality NBR rubber compound resistant to oils and fuels containing 15% oxygenated compounds and biodiesel - a mixture of diesel 80% with fatty acid esters (biocomponents) 20%. Reinforcement Braided with synthetic threads or high-strength cord. Outer layer High-quality antistatic black colored synthetic rubber, resistant to fuels and oils, as well as to abrasion and weathering and ozone. Hoses surface smooth up to a diameter of DN 12.5, higher diameters with fabric imprint. SIGNING Diameters with a smooth surface are marked with white paint. Diameters with fabric imprint marked with orange tape.
