CHARACTERISTICS Working Pressure - 6 bar (0.6 MPa) Bursting Pressure - 20 bar (2.0 MPa) APPLICATION Hoses are designed for the flow of coolant in motor vehicles. Hoses are resistant to aqueous solutions of ethylene glycol, as well as to abrasion, weather conditions and ozone exposure. Due to its very good resistance to high temperatures, it is readily used as a hot water hose with temperatures up to 100°C. The hose is also available in Oil-Resistant version. On request, we can protect Hoses with cord-reinforced diameters with an additional outer wire spiral, designed to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer of the hose. Working Temperature From -35°C to +100°C CONSTRUCTION Made according to ZN-85/MPChiL-G/Bd-29 standard. Inner layer High-quality rubber compound resistant to ethylene glycol. Reinforcement High strength textile cord spacers. Outer layer High quality black colored rubber, weatherproof and ozone resistant. Hoses surface with fabric imprint. SIGNING Hoses marked with white tape.

If the hose is used for hot water, its temperature should not exceed 100°C, as water heated to higher temperatures has a more intense effect on the hose than steam. Hoses are weatherproof and ozone resistant. On request, we make additional protection of Hoses with an external wire spiral, designed to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer.
