APPLICATION Specialty flame retardant and anti-electrostatic hoses dedicated to Mining. MSHA approved anti-electrostatic and flame retardant. Meeting mining requirements, for machinery and equipment operating under high pressure in underground workings of mining plants. Designed to work in areas at risk of methane and coal dust explosion. Hoses can be used for : - hydraulic fluids complying with ISO 6743-4 except HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40°C to +100°C), - aqueous solutions (from -40°C to +70°C), - water (from 0°C to +70°C), - compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C). They are not designed for fluids containing castor oil and esters. Working Pressures From 63 to 250 bar, depending on the diameter. Working Temperature From -40°C to +100°C Short-term up to +125°C CONSTRUCTION Complies with EN 853, ISO 6805, PN-G-32010 standards Inner layer Black colored rubber made of synthetic rubber resistant to oil and water. Reinforcement One Wire Braided high strength steel wire. Outer layer Black colored rubber made of synthetic rubber flame retardant and anti-electrostatic, resistant to abrasion, oil, weather and ozone. For diameters from DN 6 to DN 19, it is possible to produce Hoses in a version coated with ultra abrasion-resistant Black Diamond coating (UHMWPE) with MSHA approval. CERTIFICATES : A certificate authorizing the marking of the product with a safety mark confirming its application to supply and drainage systems of machinery and equipment operating under high pressure in underground workings of mining plants in non-methane and methane fields classified as grade «A» or «B» coal dust explosion hazard.
