CHARACTERISTICS Working Pressure - 6 bar (0.6 MPa) Bursting Pressure - 16 bar (1.6 MPA) APPLICATION Hoses are designed for the flow of acids and bases: - nitric acid with a concentration of up to 5% - hydrochloric acid with concentration up to 20% - sulfuric acid with concentration up to 50% - acetic acid, aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and aqueous ammonia solution of any concentration. Hoses are abrasion, weather and ozone resistant. Upon request, we make additional protection of Hoses with an external wire spiral to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer. Working Temperature From -30°C to +60°C CONSTRUCTION Made according to the PN-86/C-94250/44 standard. Inner layer High-quality SBR rubber compound resistant to acids and alkalis. Reinforcement Synthetic threads or spacers made of high-strength synthetic cord. Outer layer Black colored SBR or SBR/EPDM rubber resistant to abrasion, weathering and ozone. Diameters up to DN 12.5 are smooth, larger ones with a fabric imprint.  SIGNING Diameters with a smooth surface are marked with white paint. Diameters with a fabric imprint are marked with purple tape.
