Working Pressure - 40 bar (4 MPa)
Bursting Pressure - 100 bar (10 MPa)
Abrasiveness < 50 mm3 according to ISO 4649
APPLICATION
Antistatic hose for plastering units with high Working Pressure and Abrasion Resistance.
Hoses can also be used to transfer other abrasive materials, both semi-liquid, such concrete and mortar, and dry, such as sand and grit.
Working Temperature
From -35°C to +60°C
CONSTRUCTION
Made according to the author's STOMIL WT-53/BZPG design.
Inner layer
High-quality NR/BR rubber compound with Abrasion Resistance max. 50 mm3.
Reinforcement
High strength textile cord spacers.
Outer layer
Black colored rubber with fabric imprint resistant to abrasion and weather and ozone.
OPTIONAL
A version with copper wire conductor is available on request.
SIGNING
Hoses marked with red tape.
