Rubber Sheeting of general purpose rubber sheets They are designed to work in a chemically inert environment. They are manufactured on the basis of styrene-butadiene rubber -. SBR. Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets are manufactured from special acrylonitrile butadiene rubber - NBR. This rubber is produced in our plants from specially selected components that ensure the resistance of the products to various types of oils and gasoline n.p.:

• diesel
• mineral oils
• hydrocarbon-based lubricants
• Transformer oil (for NBR Sheets with improved oil resistance)
• 95 and 98 octane gasoline (for NBR Sheets with improved oil resistance).

Classification of Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets

We classify Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets according to their oil-resistance class:

• Low Oil Resistance- Swelling in less aggressive oil IRM 902 max +10% (test at 23°C for 24 hours)
• Medium oil resistance- Swelling in very aggressive oil IRM 903 max +35% (test at 100°C for 70 hours)
• High oil resistance- cracking in very aggressive oil IRM 903 max +30% (test at 100°C for 70 hours)

As one of the few on the market, our Rubber Sheeting Are extremely resistant to high and low temperatures, can be used in the temperature range of -40 C to +100C, in the case of RUBBER SHEETS for transformer oil with hardness of 80+5Sh even up to 115C.

Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets manufactured at Stomil Bydgoszcz also have increased resistance to aging. NBR rubber has anti-slip properties, lining the floor in the production hall will prevent mishaps due to slipping, and lining the work surface will prevent tools from slipping. Rubber Sheets are designed for use indoors, have limited weather and ozone resistance. We also produce special Rubber Sheets with increased resistance to: transformer oil and gasoline 95 and 98 octane.

Application of Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets

Our NBR Sheets are used in virtually every industry, in oily areas, for example, in workshops and factories. They are used as:

• underlays or Rubber Flooring
• shims for various machines and equipment
• under workbenches
• They are also used in areas where oil- and petroleum-derived substances are possible, which may leak during the production process.

NBR rubber protects such areas from the formation of indelible dirt. So we can use them, for example, as covering of cabinets and workbenches or assembly tables. It not only protects them, but also improves the safety and convenience of the workstation.

NBR Sheets reinforced with textile spacers

We also offer Rubber Sheeting specially reinforced with textile spacers, which can be used as Anti-Slip Mats in the passages between production halls and in warehouses. We can use properly cut Rubber Sheets as protective mats on warehouse shelves. Oil-Resistant Rubber Sheets are very often used as a semi-finished product for the production of various types of rubber seals, which must be resistant to oil. We offer appropriate cutting services for such SEALS thanks to a modern plotter located in our facilities.

Rubber Sheeting EPDM Sheets Are made of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber. Due to their exceptional versatility, they are among the most frequently selected Rubber Sheets from Stomil Bydgoszcz's offer by our customers. RUBBER SHEETS (rubber) EPDM Sheets are resistant to many different factors:

• weather conditions and ozone
• heat aging
• abrasion, compression and permanent deformation
• diluted acids and bases
• Extremely high resistance to inorganic acids, such as sulfuric (VI) (H₂SO4) and bases such as sodium (NaOH)
• Relatively low resistance to organic acids, such as acetic acid (CH₃COOH)

Due to their exceptional properties and resistance to a variety of atmospheric and chemical agents, they are often used in many outdoor and indoor applications. Rubber Sheets are used to cover floors in fitness clubs, gyms and other places for physical activity, ensuring the comfort of the surfaces lined with Rubber Sheets.
