CHARACTERISTICS Working Pressure - 8 bar (0.8 MPa) up to diameter DN 55 - 4 bar (0.4 MPa) from DN 63 onward Safety factor 4:1 Abrasion - max 80 mm³ according to ISO 4649 APPLICATION This hose is designed for the transfer of abrasive materials such as sand, electrocorundum, slags, crushed rocks, cast iron and steel shot. Abrasiveness max 80 mm³ combined with use at Working Pressure of 8 and 4 bar guarantees a long hose life. On request, we make additional protection of Hoses with an external wire spiral, designed to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer. Working Temperature From -30°C to +60°C CONSTRUCTION Made according to the PN-78/C-94250/51 standard. Inner layer High-quality thickened rubber compound with an Abrasion Resistance of 80 mm max.³. Reinforcement High strength textile cord spacers. Outer layer Black colored rubber resistant to abrasion and weathering and ozone. Hoses surface with fabric imprint. OPTIONAL A version with copper wire conductor is available on request. SIGNING Hoses marked with blue tape.

The diameter of the hose is matched to standard clamps for aggregates used on the market. On request, we make additional protection of Hoses with an external wire spiral, designed to protect against deformation and excessive abrasion of the outer layer. Working Temperature From -35°C to +80°C CONSTRUCTION Made in accordance with EN ISO 3861. Inner layer High quality antistatic rubber compound with high abrasion resistance - max. 50 mm³  (according to ISO 4649). Reinforcement High strength textile cord spacers. Outer layer Antistatic black colored SBR rubber with fabric imprint, resistant to abrasion and weathering and ozone. OPTIONAL A version with copper wire conductor is available on request.
