How can you join our team? - recruitment process in Stomil Bydgoszcz

Company BZPG Stomil S.A. has undergone various changes in its history. Currently, the Company is in the process of transformation, which is also strongly related to HR activities.
A serious resource of the organization is the experienced staff associated with the Company often for as long as several decades. The challenge today is to replenish human teams (largely in the production area) with new „fry” and to integrate the newly hired employees with the existing ones, as well as to implement them well.
The above adaptation is, of course, guided by the idea of improving and streamlining all processes in the organization. To make this possible, it is extremely important to implement a well-thought-out recruitment model based on full cooperation of HR activities with the management and managers of individual departments. To this end, we use an internal recruitment procedure that organizes the individual steps.
What does recruitment look like at Stomil?
In case of a positive response, a specific job offer is made. After acceptance of the candidate, cooperation is initiated.
In the case of a negative decision, the candidate receives an email or telephone message with information about the recruitment process in question.
Once the best candidate has been selected and hired, we begin the next phase, which is the implementation process, so that the new employee can adapt quite quickly and take on the challenges set by the job and, importantly, so that it will be a good start for him or her to grow professionally in our company.
